DOJ ACCREDITED REPRESENTATIVE
Geeta Sharma
Geeta Sharma joined IMAGO in 2020. She is the first DOJ Accredited Representative in Ohio from Bhutan. Geeta knows firsthand the joy of being reunited with her family in America. Geeta’s practice focuses largely on family reunification, having assisted numerous parents, spouses, and children obtain immigrant visas.
Languages: Nepali, Hindi, Urdu, and English.
DOJ ACCREDITED REPRESENTATIVE
Karima Boukhennou
Karima Boukhennou joined IMAGO in 2022. She is the first DOJ Accredited Representative in Ohio from Morocco. The relatability of Karima’s story has inspired many women to walk a long, hard road, like she did, toward safety and freedom. Karima’s practice focuses largely on adjustment of status and naturalization. She has advised hundreds of refugees in obtaining green cards.

DOJ ACCREDITED REPRESENTATIVE
Izabayo “Bayos” Nsabiyeze
Izabayo “Bayos” Nsabiyeze joined IMAGO in 2022. Bayos previously held roles of Walk-In Specialist and Administrative Assistant. Bayos has tremendous insight into the refugee resettlement journey. He is the first DOJ Accredited Representative in Ohio from the Democratic Republic of Congo. Bayos’ practice focuses on refugee green cards and citizenship/naturalization.
Languages: Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Kinyabwisha, and English.
PARALEGAL
Cing Lam Uap
Cing Uap joined IMAGO in 2023. As the team’s first paralegal, Cing brings immense attention to detail and efficiency to each case and every filing. Cing is a direct support to our Accredited Representatives with all case types, but has a special interest in family reunification. While largely behind the scenes, IMAGO clients often interact with Cing by phone and email.
Languages: Burmese, Zopau (Tedim), and English.
WALK-IN SPECIALIST
Mohammed Husam Alchaieb
Mohammed joined IMAGO in 2024. Mohammed is often a prospective client’s first point of contact with our team. With Mohammed, you will find a kind and professional approach to each interaction - whether that is recording contact information, copying documents, or interpreting.
Languages: Arabic and English.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Nick Tribuzzo
Nick founded IMAGO in 2018. Nick is a licensed immigration attorney. He provides direct instruction and coaching support to our team. He designed IMAGO’s curriculum and onboarding processes. Nick’s practice focuses primarily on family reunification and citizenship/naturalization.
